var body_254378='OK,可以说正事了,食物阿。先是口碑推荐的青椒炒大头菜,大头菜是南浔三宝之首,貌似别处没有,生物学上来说它是属于芥菜的一种变种但是“橘生淮北则为枳”,当地人取其膨大的菜帮子进行烹制,可以用来炒菜,另外我也看见了腌制的用来和粥同食的佐餐小菜。这道菜口味比较清爽,大头菜很有口感,脆嫩不油腻,色泽也很好,口味上结合了腌萝卜丝、茭白等的特点,有鲜味,吃多了也不会腻,是一道很下饭的菜,确实不错。
